Performance characteristics
Fully-automatic die-cutting&creasing with stripping station machine adopted leading edge paper feeding, high pressure fan frequency control air volume, suitable for most paper. The digital management of "one-key machine adjustment" completely solves the difficult problems of paper adjustment time-consuming, laborious and difficult to master. Just enter the parameters of each order paper, and after one-key start, the eight adjustment steps can be automatically adjusted in place. Greatly improve work efficiency. At the same time, the high-capacity storage space can record 490 orders at a time. When the order is used again, as long as the record is recalled, it can be directly adjusted in place. It saves time to adjust again. In this way, whether it is a long order or a short order, the adjustment can be easily handled.

Drive Mechanism
The platen is driven from ball bearing mounted shaft through high speed double helical gears running in oil bath and protected by guard. Main gear shaft and connecting arm are mounted on bronze bushes. The reduction gear shaft is made of hardened high quality steel .Lubricated counter pressure elements prevent the gears from deviating under the work pressure.
Impression Adjustment
Quick and simple adjustment of impression is made through two eccentric bushes and the amount of impression can be easily read off on a graduated scale. A key for impression adjustment is also provided as a tool. New Worm gear system for impression adjustment is available in all export model Machines , This system is easy and much user friendly for quick impression adjustment with a key provided with the machine as service tool. Please must Loose the lock before moving the eccentric for impression adjustment.
Single/Dwell Timing Device
This timing device can be set to give a variable period from o to 30 seconds .During this time the moving block i.e. platen remains stationery in the open position before automatically resuming motion at the end of set dwell period.
Mode of Movement of Platen
The mode of movement of platen can be set in three position through a rotary switch provided on operation panel:
a) Single impression: In this mode platen will stop after every impression and will not start again until the operator pushes the clutch on.
b) Dwell timing device: As stated above
Continued Operation
Platen will move continuously on this mode and stop only when the brake is applied. A LIMIT SWITCH IS FITTED AT BOTTOM SIDE THE LEVER MUST TOUCH THE LIMIT SWITCH TO ENSURE WORKING OF TIMER
Automatic impression counter:
The impression counter allows an accurate check to be kept on the number of impressions made by the machine. A LIMIT SWITCH IS FITTED AT BOTTOM SIDE THE LEVER MUST TOUCH THE LIMIT SWITCH TO ENSURE WORKING OF COUNTER.
Electro-Magnetic Clutch and brake
Electro- magnetic clutch & brake enables push button control of the machine for easy and efficient operation. Complete safety is ensured by full electrical interlocking Electrical synchronization of both clutch & the brake eliminates the possibility of time lag or over-lag between driving and braking .
ADJUSTMENT OF AIR GAP BETWEEN CLUTCH/BRAKE COIL & CENTRE PLATE
DURING RUN OF MACHINE USER CAN FACE PROBLEM OF INCREASE/DECREASE GAP BETWEEN CLUTCH/ BRAKE COIL AND CENTRE PLATE. THIS GAP SHOULD BE 0.10 MM.THIS GAP CAN BE INCREASED /DECREASEDBY ADJUSTING SCREWS IT IS ADVISABLE TO USE GAUGE TO MEASURE THE GAP REQUIRED. WHEN THE SOUND IS INCREASED WHILE BRAKINGGAP SHOULD BE CHECKED AND ADJUSTED.
Safety :
All moving parts are protected by safety guards. A special feature is the patented guards which protects operator from the moving block (platen) If any object come between the moving block (platen) and this guard a slight backward movement of the guard will occur stopping the moving block (platen) immediately and isolating the starting mechanism . Until the guard is moved forward by hand the machine remains dead and isolated from any attempt to actuate it through the starting mechanism.
LIMIT SWITCH IS FITTED AT THE BOTTOM OF GUARD AND THIS LIMIT SWITCH MUST TOUCH THE GUARD Now Days the Hand Brake is Replaced By The Sensors fitted on the Platen ,these sensors stops the Platen if any object comes in between the Receiver and The Transmitter . THIS IS AN OPTIONAL ATTACHMENT AND AVAILABLE ONLY ON REQUEST AT ADDITIONAL COST
Installation
Sujata die cutting creasing embossing press leaves the factory duly packed in one wooden case. Unload the machine by Crain only therefore a hook is provided at the top of the machine. Pallet Crain can also be used for un loading. Machine must be installed on a levelled floor and level must be checked with level checking instrument. Before giving the current to the main rotate the main shaft with the help of handle provided with machine as tool. The power /voltage and cycles must be checked before connecting the machine to main.
Before giving impression must be sure that the gear key and other parts, bolts are properly tighten . Don’t increase the impression more than one step once.
Operation of machine by power:
Before giving the main connection to the machine must check that all connection is properly connected and voltage not less than 380 v Ac 3 phase .After connection check the three indicator lamps on control panel for 3 phase line, then check the main pulley is free and if so start the motor and wait for few second and let the motor move in regular speed. Then keep the rotary switch on s.impression mode and after that impression is all right, machine can be run on any desired mode as per requirement of job.
Note : We offer our all export model machines to be wired for 220 v 3 phase for Certain countries if the buyer specify his requirement at the time of order ,other Wise standard wiring of 440 –3 phase will be done
Don’t start the clutch button before starting the machine .Always first start the main motor and then clutch on to move the platen .Brake will be applied when the clutch off push button is pressed or the patent guard /front guard and trip bar is pressed.
DURING THE RUNNING OF MACHINE OWNER CAN FACE SMALL PROBLEM WHICH CAN BE SOLVED EVEN BY THE OPERATOR ,
Lubrication
A lubrication pump pump is provided for the centralization of lubrication to all vital parts. Fill the tank with sufficient oil in tank of S cam situated in front of machine this place is just below of moving block and s cam must be dipped in oil . Lubrication pump (S Cam ,Oil Tank below this cam must be full of oil while running of press) Oil bath is also provided in double helical gears and always keep these gears dipped in oil .
Speed:
Impression per hour can be increased to decreased by changing motor pulley but it is advisable to run the machine note more than 1000to 1500 impression per hour for small sizes and 600 to 1000 IPH for big sizes in continued mode for easy handling of jobs and safety .
